For all distances

  • Every CP has medic kit and nurse
    • please inform them if any injury or difficulties
    • especially head injuries (any impact from falling or branch), heat stroke, dehydration or stomach problems (or even chafing)
  • Follow instruction in Check Points (last decision has CP leader or organizers)
  • Assisting an injured runner in difficulty is an absolute must
  • Chip-wristband on right wrist, BIB on front (has to be visible in check point)
  • Phone (save +886-963-539349) and whistle
  • Gloves are very recommended but no provided
  • Trekking poles are not recommended
  • Energy reserve (eg. Runivore bar)
  • Wear buff rather than visor (can`t see branches) make buff wet when you can – vaporization will cold down
  • If your worry about leeches use bug spray on your socks
  • No cups in Check Points
  • Enough Hydration (especially for 25-50 need 2.5L+)
  • Trail shoes (soft and technical trail)
  • Marking: red ribbons with reflective stripe and additional arrows (pay attention, not only follow others)
  • Once you feel lost have to return to last know ribbon
  • We suggest upload course to your gps device (file available in course section)
  • The is sweeper from CP-B to CP-C and CP-E and behind last of 25km and 12km

  • 記號: 紅色中間有反光材質的布條,額外箭頭(請專注在記號上,不要盲目地隨從)
  • 當覺得迷失,請務必回到上個看到記號的地方
  • 與其他選手攜伴跑是有幫助的(特別是50公里),但請隨時保持注意力在指標上

12km

  • Hydration system or belt with 0.7L+
  • trail shoes recommended (especially in rainy day)

12公里

  • 輕量化越野水袋背包或是腰帶包,至少攜帶0.7公升以上的水份
  • 建議越野鞋(特別在下雨及濕潤的氣候)

 

25-50km

  • Whistle
  • Shoes, trail shoes (slippers, barefoot, or V5-fingers are not allowed)
  • GPS device with course (suppose to be mandatory for 50km)
  • You will get 500mL soft bottle in race pack, use it for drinking in CP
  • Your chip has to be scan in check point (CPA,CPB, CPC, CPM) and record on paper sheet
    • You have fill up fully your bladder in each check point
    • Eat well and take any food with you (eg. whole bananas)
    • You can take extra 0.6L bottle in CPA and CPB, but return in next check point
  • keep moving/hiking, don`t waste time with long stops

25-50公里

  • 口哨
  • GPS裝置,並儲存賽程路線,在離線狀況也可以使用(50公里的強制性裝備)
  • 將會在選手物資袋拿到0.5公升軟水壺,請在各個檢查站使用它裝水或飲料喝
  • 晶片必須在檢查站掃描(CP-A,CP-B, CP-C, CP-M),並且記錄在紙上
    • 在每個檢查站,水袋背包必須確定裝滿水
    • 確保吃的充足,並攜帶足夠的食物(例如:整根香蕉)
    • 可以在CP-A及CP-B額外拿0.6公升的水瓶,但必須在下一個檢查站歸還

 

50km

  • GOOD HEADLAMP! (every runners will start with headlamp on head, we recommend Fenix HL26R or stronger)
  • The reflection of ribbons works only when light source is close to eyes (headlamp)
  • Don’t off light when you are running in night on road, you can miss turn indicated by reflective marks!
  • Don’t follow blindly others, pay attention for marking
  • Spare light (two devices together with enough batteries)
  • CPB – inspection of Jacket, phone, survival blanket and fill fully bladder (you have to prepare and show in check point)
  • CPC – inspection of two lights after 1pm
  • Any of equipment missing will not allowed to continue (last decision has Check Point leader)
  • Your chip has to be scan and BIB record on paper sheet, after this you will receive special wristband in CPB
  • Cut time in CPB is very strict (9:45am if not announce differently)
  • After cut time you can continue and finish 40km (instead of DNF)
  • Fill up fully bladder in CPB and CPC, you can take any food (whole banana) with you
  • Recommend pack extra socks and Elastic adhesive tape
  • Simple map with elevation profile will be in race pack (please take it with you in zip-plastic bag)

50公里

  • 好的頭燈!(每位跑者會戴著頭燈起跑,我們推薦 Fenix HL26R or stronger)
  • 當光源非常靠近眼睛(意指頭燈),反光布條會照射地非常地明顯
  • 當在夜晚奔跑,請不要關掉燈源,要不然會錯過反光指標
  • 請不要盲目地隨從,並專注在標示上
  • 備用光源(兩個足夠電池的光源裝置)
  • CP-B:強制檢查外套,手機,救生毯及裝滿水的水袋背包(必須準備周全,並且在檢查站檢視)
  • CP-C:下午1點後,將會檢查是否有準備兩個光源裝置
  • 任何一個裝備遺失,將不會允許繼續賽程(由檢察點領隊做最後決策)
  • 晶片必須掃描,號碼會記錄在紙上,在CP-B將會收到特別的手環
  • CP-B關門時間會非常嚴格執行(早上9:45點,除非更改時間)
  • 關門時間後,可以繼續並完成40公里(取代DNF)
  • 在CP-B及CP-C,請切記水袋背包裝滿水,也可攜帶著任何食物(整根香蕉)
  • 建議攜多帶雙襪子及彈性膠帶
  • 在選手物資袋裡將提供簡單高度頗面地圖(請放在塑膠夾鏈袋裡)

 

80 and 100km

  • After 50km you will return to race venue
  • You can access to your belongings
  • In you race pack will be big plastic bag, please use it for storage in race venue!
  • You can eat and take rest but you have to start before 18:59 (if not change)
  • You have to ANNOUNCE when you are CONTINUE (your BIB will be recorded)
  • If you will gave up you will still have result for 50km (have to announce as well)
  • We recommended prepare extra equipment for second half
    • New shoes and socks, shorts and shirts, etc.
    • Extra batteries for GOOD HEADLAMPs
    • Fully charged phone
    • CASH (there are 3 convenient store on course CP-M to CP-R to CP-M, please buy there cold drink or food)
    • Convenient stores: 24.9638, 121.4840, 24.9828, 121.5087, 24.9715, 121.4595
  • You will be definitely in NIGHT, never off headlamp, you can miss reflective indicator
  • There are 4x refresh points in second half (CP-L, CP-M,CP-R and again CP-M) left-middle-right-middle
    • CP-M will have warm food and option take nap
    • There is cut time in CP-M (c. 2am), after you can still finish 80km (skip section with CP-R and go directly to finish, instead of DNF)
    • CP-M has nurse, please inform them with any difficulties

80及100公里

  • 50公里以後,將會再回到會場
  • 可以在此領取隨身物品
  • 在選手物資袋將會提供一張大塑膠袋,作為寄物袋,選手們把欲更換衣物或裝備放置於此,塑膠袋會放置在會場
  • 可以補充些食物,或是稍作休息,但是必須在晚上6點59分開始移動(如果時間沒有更動)
  • 必須口頭告知大會人員,將要繼續賽程(號碼也將會被記錄)
  • 如果欲棄繼續前進,仍然有50公里完賽紀錄(必須口頭告知大會人員)
  • 我們建議在第2階段賽程,準備額外裝備:
    • 新鞋,襪子,短褲及上衣等
    • 品質好的燈具及額外的電池
    • 充足電的手機
    • 現金(在賽程中CP-M到CP-R到CP-M會有3家便利商店,可在那購買冷飲及食物)
    • 便利商店: 24.9638, 121.4840, 24.9828, 121.5087, 24.9715, 121.4595
  • 此段將會在夜晚行進,請勿關掉頭燈,要不然會錯過反光指示
  • 在第2段有4站檢查站(CP-L,CP-M,CP-R及再一次CP-M) 左-中-右-中
    • CP-M將提供熱食及可選擇休息
    • CP-M關門時間(清晨2點),超過時間仍可以完成80公里(跳過CP-R並且直接跑回終點,以80公里完賽取代DNF)
    • CP-M有醫護人員,請通知他們如身體有任何不適
